Benefits Open Enrollment 2020–21

MyOEBB Log In

Open Enrollment is CLOSED

OEBB Open Enrollment this year, due to COVID-19, is passive which means you do not have to participate in open enrollment to keep your same plans.  If you would like to make any changes, such as add a dependent, change medical or dental plans, increase or decrease your optional life insurance then you must participate in open enrollment.  Please note that rates have changed.

Moda has discontinued the Select Rates.

Kaiser plan has remained the same.  As of 10/01/2020 the 4J Wellness Clinic is able to see those employees and retirees who have the 4J/OEBB Kaiser medical plan.

Licensed employees have new plan options.

Please read the Benefits Essentials Guide for more information on how these changes will affect your family and your rates.

The new plan elections are effective October 1, 2020, and you will see your premiums reflected in your October 31st paycheck.

Computer Help Sessions – Updated schedule below

The Benefits Team will be hosting computer help sessions to assist employees with the technical pieces of open enrollment.  Due to the current guidelines to reduce visitors to district property we are altering our drop-in computer help sessions.  Remember that you only need to participate in OEBB open enrollment if you need to make a change.  Please see the new schedule below.

If you are someone who struggles with the MyOEBB site, do not have access to a computer, or just want to have someone double check that you are properly completing the enrollment steps, please drop by at any one of our scheduled sessions. Due to COVID-19 physical distancing protocol will be in place.  You will be required to wear a face covering in order to enter the help session. The computer help sessions will be located in the courtyard on the west side of the Ed Center at 200 North Monroe St. Eugene, OR. 97402.

Computer help sessions are not intended to assist with decisions on open enrollment elections. Please contact your Benefits Coordinator for one-on-one assistance or help with plan choice.
