Day Field Trip Process
Are you a nurse, secretary, principal or coordinator?
Choose the Video or PDF option below to learn how to:
1. View your school’s field trip folder
2. Receive email notifications when someone submits a field trip form.
Both the video and PDF have been updated January 29, 2026.
Follow the steps below to complete the Day Field Trip process.

- Download the Itinerary Form to your computer.
- Open the Itinerary Form, complete it, and save it.
- You will need this Itinerary Form in Step 2.

- Find your school below and click the link to begin the Day Field Trip Form.
- At the bottom of this form, you will be asked to upload the Itinerary you completed in Step 1.
- Once you submit this form, check your email for a confimation message containing your Trip ID. Save your Trip ID – you will need it in Step 4.

Download, complete, and save the documents below to your computer.
You no longer need to upload documents to a Google Drive folder. All field trip documents can now be uploaded directly in Step 4.

- Field Trip Checklist — Required Upload
- Chaperone List — Required Upload
- Itinerary (Blank Form) — Required Upload

- After you have completed and saved your documents, find your school below and click the link.
- Enter your Trip ID from the confirmation email described in Step 2, and upload your completed documents.
