Eugene School District 4J provides Basic Life Insurance coverage of $50,000 for all benefits eligible employees.  This insurance is automatic and effective the first day you start your benefit eligible position. Please remember to elect your beneficiary when you are completing your enrollment paperwork.

In addition to this coverage, eligible employees are also able to add additional life insurance coverage up to a maximum of $500,000.  See the Supplemental Life Insurance page for details.
