Eugene School District 4J provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance to all benefit eligible employees.  This insurance is automatic and effective the first day you start your benefit eligible position here at 4J.

Through the Basic AD&D insurance, you or your beneficiaries may be eligible to receive an additional amount of coverage if death or dismemberment occurs as a result of an accident.
