HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

Quick Start Instructions:

  1. Browse our current online job openings and click on a job you want to apply to.
  2. Click the Register/Login button and complete your information.
  3. Click “Apply Now” on the selected job posting and complete out your online application.  All requests for technical assistance can be accessed via the help menu once you logon to your EdZapp account.
  4. Upload or send any needed documents to EdZapp.
  5. When you are done entering your information click the “Submit” button and follow the prompts.
  6. You will receive an automated email once your application has been successfully received. Please do not call the Hiring Administrator or HR to confirm receipt. Instead, login again to edZapp and check your jobs applied to.  We will contact you only if you are selected for an interview.

HOW TO APPLY USING A PAPER APPLICATION

  1. Browse current PAPER job listings: Only openings for positions listed on the left are included on this list; see above for more job openings.
  2. Complete the PDF application form: Each job description has a link to the application form. You can also get it from the job listing page. For assistance downloading and completing the pdf form, see Help Downloading PDFs.
  3. Return the printed application form to the Human Resources Department:

  4. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications must be recieved in the Human Resources Department by 5:00 P.M. on the closing date listed on the job posting. 

 


Both the online and the paper application does take some time to complete, so please do not wait until the last minute to start your application.  Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
