* Playing fields are rented “as is.” If prep work by the District is required and available, labor and materials will also be charged.

**Parking lot charges will not be assessed when other facilities are being rented.

District building alarm responses will be charged a fee of $100.00 per occurrence.

NOTE:  Eugene School District 4J and The City of Eugene have a joint use agreement for all turf fields.  Turf field requests outside of the school’s normal operating hours are submitted to the City of Eugene Parks and Recreation Department for rental at https://www.eugene-or.gov/1621/Athletic-Field-Rentals.

The school administrator, designee, or facilities management staff shall determine the need for labor and materials charges.  Custodians are required to be on site for all hours during contracted activities (unless other terms are agreed upon) and as required by the District for additional clean up, utilities, and securing the building.  Additional District labor costs may be charged when required for facility use outside of typical operating hours.

El cobro por servicio de supervisión, conserjería, mantenimiento de terrenos o cocineros es de $32 por hora, o $48 por hora si es hora extra, para todas las clases, I a IV. El trabajo de los estudiantes es de $10.00 por hora. Los usuarios de Clase I pagarán únicamente los costos de materiales y de servicios.
