Board Meetings and Minutes

Agendas and materials for each school board meeting are available at the Eugene School District's BoardBook website. Meeting materials older than Sept. 1, 2011, can be found in the meetings archive.
Regular board meetings are normally held the first and third Wednesdays each month at 7 p.m., at the Eugene School District Education Center, 200 North Monroe Street. Meeting materials are delivered to board members on the Friday preceding each meeting. NOTE: Additional meetings may be scheduled and meetings on this list may be re-scheduled.
Agendas and reports are posted before each meeting, and after each meeting the audio recording is usually posted within a few days. Board meeting minutes are usually prepared and approved several weeks after the meeting date. PDF files of minutes will be posted to this page as soon as possible after board approval.
