Request to Attend School Board Meeting In-Person

The Eugene School Board meets in regular public sessions, usually on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7 p.m. Special meetings and work sessions are scheduled as necessary. Board Meeting Schedule & Materials

The board has resumed meeting in-person. Seating for audience members to attend board meetings in-person is limited due to COVID.

In-person attendance: To request to attend the next board meeting in-person, complete and submit this form by 5 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.

After your request: If more people request to attend the meeting in-person than can be accommodated, the selection of attendees will be determined randomly from the requests received, with a priority for individuals who have not recently attended a board meeting in-person. District staff will contact you after the request deadline, before the board meeting, to inform you if there is a seat available for you to attend the meeting on-site.

Public comment: If you would like to request to provide public comment to the board at the meeting, use this form instead to submit your request by 5 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting. Comments also may be sent in writing to board@4j.lane.edu.

Virtual attendance: School board meetings continue to be open to all members of the public via live broadcast on KRVM 1280-AM, streaming audio and streaming video.
