Weekly Vaccine Clinics Available at School Sites

4J continues community clinics to provide vaccines against COVID-19

Vaccination is a vital measure to support the health of our families, schools and community.

Eugene School District 4J is partnering with community providers to make COVID-19 vaccines readily available at no cost for staff, students, families and community members. As the school year gets underway, the district is continuing to host weekly Lane County Public Health vaccine clinics at 4J school sites.

Vaccine clinics are scheduled every Wednesday afternoon from 4–6 p.m. The location alternates between Churchill High School, 1850 Bailey Hill Rd., in the cafeteria, and North Eugene High School, 200 Silver Lane, in the glass lounge.

COVID-19 vaccines are provided at no cost and are currently available for all Oregonians age 12 and up. The clinics are open to all community members as well as to 4J students, families and staff. Advance appointments are available; the clinics also are open to walk-ins.

  • Wed., Oct. 20, 4–6 p.m.—Churchill High School
  • Wed., Oct. 27, 4–6 p.m.—North Eugene High School

Clínicas semanales para vacunas en sitios escolares

El 4J reanuda sus clínicas comunitarias para proveer vacunas contra el COVID-19

La vacunación es una medida vital para apoyar la salud de nuestras familias, escuelas y comunidad.

El Distrito Escolar de Eugene 4J está asociado con proveedores de la comunidad para facilitar las vacunas contra COVID-19 sin costo alguno, al personal, estudiantes, familias y miembros de la comunidad. Con el nuevo año escolar en curso, el distrito continúa abriendo las clínicas de la Salud Pública del Condado de Lane en sitios escolares de 4J.

Las clínicas para vacunas se abren cada miércoles por la tarde de 4–6 p.m. La ubicación se alterna entre la Preparatoria Churchill, 1850 Bailey Hill Rd., en la cafetería, y la Preparatoria North Eugene, 200 Silver Lane, en el “glass lounge”.

Las vacunas de COVID-19 se proveen sin costo alguno y están actualmente autorizadas para todos los residentes de Oregón mayores de 12 años de edad.  Las clínicas atienden a todos los miembros de la comunidad sin previa cita, pero también hay citas disponibles.
