Walk-In Vaccine Clinics Continue Through August

4J continues COVID-19 vaccine clinics at schools for all community members age 12+

As the COVID-19 delta variant grows more prevalent in Lane County, Eugene School District 4J will continue to make vaccines available at schools two days a week through August.

Lane County Public Health has partnered with the district to provide vaccine clinics at 4J school sites. The twice-weekly vaccine clinics are open to all community members as well as to 4J students, families and staff.

COVID-19 vaccines are provided at no cost and are currently authorized for all Oregonians age 12 and up. The clinics are open to drop-ins; advance appointments also are available.

When: Every Wednesday in August, 4–6 p.m.
Where: Churchill High School cafeteria, 1850 Bailey Hill Rd.

When: Every Friday in August, 4–6 p.m.
Where: North Eugene High School glass lounge, 200 Silver Lane

Appointment or walk-in: Appointments are available and may reduce wait times. Walk-ins also are welcome at LCPH vaccine clinics. Schedule Appointment

Parent consent: Youth under age 15 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian or bring a signed consent form.
