2021–22 School Supply Lists

No shopping list needed for elementary school students

In most years, families purchase school supplies—such as pencils, erasers, markers, crayons, glue and scissors—to bring to school at the start of the school year. This year, for elementary school families there is no long list of school supplies to add to your shopping. Thanks to funding for COVID-related needs, the district is providing standard supplies to elementary schools for students to use at school.

Some elementary schools suggest that students bring a personal backpack and water bottle, or may request additional supplies such as notebooks or tissues. Look for information from your school.

For middle and high schools, please check the chart below. If you have any questions about your school’s list, please check with the school.

One essential school supply for all students this year is face masks. All students must wear face masks to ride the bus and come to school. Students are encouraged to keep an extra face covering or two in their backpack or locker in case they need a fresh mask during the day. If you need a face covering, your school can provide one.

The diversity of classes offered at the high school level means that each student will have different needs for school supplies. Teachers will list any special supplies on the class syllabus, which will be shared on the first day of class.
