Walk-In Vaccine Clinics Continue Through Early August

4J continues COVID-19 vaccine clinics for all community members age 12+

Vaccination is a voluntary and vital opportunity to support the health of our families, schools and community. COVID-19 vaccines are currently authorized for all Oregonians age 12 and up.

Eugene School District 4J is partnering with community providers to make COVID-19 vaccines available at no cost for staff, students, families and community members.

Lane County Public Health has partnered with the district to provide ongoing vaccine clinics at 4J school sites through August 6. The clinics are open to staff, students, families, and other community members.

When: Every Wednesday through August 4, 4–6 p.m.
Where: Churchill High School Cafeteria, 1850 Bailey Hill Rd.

When: Every Friday through August 6, 4–6 p.m.
Where: North Eugene High School Glass Lounge, 200 Silver Lane

Appointment or walk-in: Appointments are available and may reduce wait times. Walk-ins also are welcome at LCPH vaccine clinics. Schedule Appointment

Parent consent: Youth under age 15 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian or bring a signed consent form.
