Virtual Meeting: Camas Ridge School Design Begins

Community invited to online presentation about school design process

Design work is beginning for the new Camas Ridge Elementary School. Thanks to voters’ approval of the 2018 school bond measure, three new school buildings will be built to replace aging facilities and other capital improvements will be funded at every 4J school. The new North Eugene High School and Edison Elementary School are beginning construction and on track for completion. Now, the architect team has been selected and the design process is starting for Camas Ridge Elementary School.

Pivot Architecture is beginning the schematic design phase for the new Camas Ridge building. The new school will be designed for safety and security, efficiency and sustainability, and modern teaching and learning.

Join families, neighbors and other community members for a virtual presentation on Tuesday, March 2 at 6:30 p.m. to learn about preliminary planning for the design of the new school: Meet the architects. Preview the design process. See the preliminary site plan. Share your feedback after the presentation.
