Architects Sought to Design New Camas Ridge School

District is soliciting architect proposals to design new elementary school

Before new schools can be built, they must be designed. The district this fall will select an architect and then a construction manager/general contractor to design and construct the third new school building funded by the 2018 school bond measure, Camas Ridge Elementary School.

Statements of Qualification are being accepted from architectural firms licensed in Oregon to provide architectural, engineering and other consulting services. Architect proposals must certify non-discrimination in employment practices, identify their resident status, and address sustainability and efficiency.

Proposals for architectural services for the design of the new Camas Ridge Elementary School are due Friday, October 30, 2020, at 12 noon. All proposals must be submitted electronically via email.

Voters in Eugene School District 4J resoundingly passed the school bond measure in November 2018 to fund capital improvements for 4J schools. Bond funds will be used to construct three new school buildings, repair schools, improve security, update technology and learning materials, support career technical education, and more. Every school will benefit.
