Immunization Clinics Open Before Exclusion Day, Feb. 19

Where to get your student immunized on or before school exclusion day, Feb. 19, 2020

Immunizations are required by state law for children and students in attendance at public and private schools, preschools, childcare facilities and Head Start programs in Oregon. Nearly every facility that provides care for a child outside the home requires immunizations or a medical or non-medical exemption to stay enrolled.

If you do not meet the state requirements for immunization you will receive an exclusion notice stating that your children must be immunized or will not be admitted to school starting on the annual school exclusion date, February 19, 2020.

Below are two community resources for students in Eugene to get up to date on their immunizations:

  • Churchill High School Health Center
    1850 Bailey Hill Rd.
    Phone: 541-790-5227 (please call to schedule immunizations)
    Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    Open to all students
  • North Eugene High School Health Center
    200 Silver Lane
    541-790-4445 (please call to schedule immunizations)
    Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    Open to all students
  • Lane County Public Health Walk-In Immunization Clinic
    151 W. 7th Ave., Room 310
    Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
    Everyone is welcome; however Lane County Public Health can only bill Oregon Health Plan and Pacific Source insurance. All others will need to pay at time of service.
