Assessment is how student learning is measured. The purpose of assessment—which includes quick teacher check-ins on students’ understanding, quizzes, course exams and annual state tests—is to provide students, parents, teachers and other professionals with the information necessary to plan to meet students’ instructional needs.

Comprehensive district and state assessments are administered within 4J each year.

The menu below provides links and information to detailed testing results and accountability reports that are published by the Oregon Department of Education each year. The testing results are based on how students score at each school on the various state assessments each year.
