On February 26, 2007, the Eugene Wallace LEAD Team met together to utilize the Web-Ex technology for effective conferencing and refining theproject progress indicators with The Education Development Center resource people who were online via phone and computer-video. Below the pictures you will find an outline of the scope of the work.

Kay Mehas, Wallace LEAD Director, sets up the conference with telephone on conference, and computers linked to the EDC video-casting.

On the screen in the front of the room, the video-cast from EDC displays the agenda items for discussion.

Each of the LEAD Team members logs in on individual computers so they can follow along and add comments. In conferences to come, they may log in from their own work site.

Kay fields the oral comments from the group not picked up by the telephone for recording by EDC, and moderates the process.

In the conference room, side conversations and collaborations occur before suggestions are recorded.

On the screens (projection and computer), each section topic shows in blue, the previously existing work is in black, and new ideas are added in red to track process.
