of what has been going on this spring in out district in regard to
staff development and planning.

Southern
Regional Education Board (SREB) is a technical support
agency funded by Wallace Readers Digest to help provide support
and analyze
what the LEAD
Districts
need
and
are doing. SREB is mainly working with the LEAD districts
and their relationships with their University Partners.

the latter part of April, 2003, several of our Wallace grant
LEAD team members attended the SREB conference in Atlanta.
There they had the opportunity to share with other LEAD project
teams, as well as hear from national presenters.
