On October 8-9, 2004, North Region administrators met with co-facilitators Terry Leary (the 4J Equity Coordinator) and Dr. Cris Cullinan (UofO Training and Development Administrator) at a 1 1/2 day retreat on the topic of cultural competency and its interface with their school improvement plans.
