iWork/iLife 08

The Site License program for iLife 08 and iWork 08 have been discontinued.  A few months ago Apple announced the Apple Education Licensing Program (AELP).  Individual licenses may be purchased for $39 or, with an AELP agreement, you purchase licenses for Macs in your building that are 4 years old or newer.

As an example, suppose you have 15 Macs that are 4 years old and 10 Macs that are a year old.  You would pay $899 for the 25 seats for one year.  This fee would have to be paid every year after to keep those 25 seats licensed.  In addition to the $899, there is a one-time fee of $90.
