For district assessments, 4J uses the easyCBM system developed by Behavioral Research and Testing at the University of Oregon. The system provides a comprehensive set of assessments in reading and math, as well as tools to enable staff to progress monitor students during the course of the year.

During the Winter testing window (November 30th - December 18th), 4J elementary students will be given benchmark tests in reading. The table below shows the various tests each grade level will take and the form in which they will be administered.
