Update: 2011 NSF Audit completed
Each year Nutrition Services uses the National Safety Foundation to come in and randomly select some of our many kitchens and inspect our operations. They do two audits, a Food Safety audit and Physical Safety audit. These are very intensive and extremely stringent audits. A superior "Gold" status is achieved when you receive 100%-98%. Here are our results for these audits tor this year: (four PERFECT scores!)
