Research and Evaluation's primary responsibility is to administer the Oregon Statewide Assessment, and interpret and report results to district administration and the school board. This office collects, analyzes, and disseminates a variety of data pertaining to student achievement, enrollment, and district demographics. Additionally, this office is responible for interpreting and communicating state and federal reports required under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).
This office also reviews research proposals and surveys for those seeking to conduct research within the district.
