Application Process and Guidelines for Conducting Research in 4J
Eugene School District 4J has a long history of supporting educational research. Due to the large number of proposals we receive, the District is unable
to accommodate all requests. Priority is given to research that will
provide the most benefit to the District and its students, while
causing minimum disruption to the educational environment.
It is required that researchers conducting research in 4J, including survey research and those soliciting students for research off 4J grounds, obtain approval before initiating research activities. It is also recommended that researchers submit their materials at least a month prior to when they are seeking to begin their research.

research in 4J, along with guidelines that must be adhered to if
