Applications
Application forms and information explaining District 4J’s International student policy are available from the Instruction Dept. at the 4J Ed Center, 200 North Monroe St. Completed applications and other required information must be in the office of the Instruction Dept. prior to May 15 for students requesting a waiver of tuition from an International student sponsoring organization. Applications after this date will be considered only if space is available.
Tuition-paying students must submit a completed application and other pertinent information to the Instruction Dept. Full payment of tuition must be made upon being accepted in the program
Assignments
The Instruction Dept. will screen all applications for compliance with district procedures before referring those who meet requirements to building principals for their approval or disapproval.
I-20 Forms
An I-20 form will be issued only to tuition paying students after he or she has been accepted by the Instruction Department and the school principal. Tuition for these students should be paid in advance to the I-20 being issued.
Exchange Students
All exchange students will be required to complete the District 4J application form as well as the forms required by their sponsoring organizations.
