Supplemental Documents: Letters of Reference and Transcriptions

Certain positions require additional documents to be mailed or uploaded.  Clicking on the 'Supplemental Documents' tab, will bring you to a list of required documents.  The example below shows two documents that are required for teacher applicants. 

Click on the 'Details' button for EACH of the documents.  If you choose to mail in your documents, you will be prompted to click a 'Generate Document' button so that you can print off the cover sheets.

If you choose to upload your documents, they must be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
