Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Eugene School District 4J offers EAP benefits through Reliant Behavioral Health (RBH).  The EAP is a free and confidential service to you and your dependents and provides you with a wide variety of benefits.   You can access services by calling 1-866-750-1327 or going online to www.myrbh.com and using access code: OEBB.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with Work-Life Services

Provides face-to-face assessment and counseling, 24-hour crisis assistance, and online resources, including the Personal Advantage website and access to counselors online. The EAP also provides a suite of worksite and life balancing services, including legal and financial services, will preparation, identity theft recovery, home ownership resources, and personal mediation services. Other optional enhancements include professional childcare, eldercare, and petcare resources.

RBH Wellness Connection™

A comprehensive wellness program that includes motivational health coaching, health risk assessment, and unlimited access to an online wellness portal with self-directed programs for weight management, smoking cessation, and personal fitness. Optional wellness program enhancements include a 24‐hour NurseLine, RBH StayActive (discount activity program), and Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM). These additional services are also available as stand-alone programs.

RBH MommyTrax™

A comprehensive maternity management program that includes health assessments, postpartum assessments, ongoing access to a registered nurse, online resources, participation incentives, and optional, employer sponsored incentives.

Managed Behavioral Health

With more than 15 years of experience as an independent, regional managed behavioral healthcare organization (MBHO), RBH offers comprehensive services, including customer service, utilization management, network management and clinical excellence, risk contracting and claims payment, and program integration with the EAP and RBH Wellness Connection™. Managing care is more important than ever, especially with federal mental health and substance abuse parity now enacted.

Behavioral Health Risk Management

With the most comprehensive monitoring and return to work program in the country, RBH offers the “Gold Standard” of monitoring, including the expertise and bandwidth to get employees with substance abuse and mental health issues back to work without compromising workplace safety. The service offers a virtual “medical home” where patients, providers, RBH, and other key members in the recovery support system work together to help individuals stay on track, including adhering to treatment plans, attending appointments, and participating in recovery groups.
