OAVSNP honors KC Clark as an outstanding administrator

The Oregon Association for Vocational Special Needs Personnel (OAVSNP) has
honored our own KC Clark as the outstanding administrator for the 2009 -
2010 year. She has been recognized for her outstanding achievements and her
support for students with disabilities. Congratulations KC!
