Eugene School District 4J provides equal educational and employment opportunities. The district complies with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to: Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008; and Oregon laws prohibiting discrimination. The district’s compliance includes all district programs, courses and activities, including extracurricular activities, services, and access to facilities.
