Bond Review Committee

The 4J Bond Review Committee is composed of appointed budget committee members and community members with expertise in the areas of financial management, architecture and/or construction.  

The committee will convene annually or semi-annually to review bond-funded projects and expenditures. The committee will review the district’s expenditures of bond funds and report whether bond funds are spent appropriately and whether projects have been completed on time and within the promised scope and budget.
