There are multiple ways to access Student Detail information in the Data Warehouse.  Generally whenever you see the Student icon  you can click on this icon to view a list of the students in the group you are viewing.  You will then be able to click on the Student icon next to each name to view information pertaining to that student.

1. From your school's home page scroll to the Attendance metric on the bottom left.
2. Click on the Student Icon on the top of the metric to view the current school year's attendance rate for the group of students selected.
3. Click on the Student Icon next to a student's name to view their complete Student Detail information.

Option 2: Access from Test Scores Analysis

1. From the Test Score Analysis page scroll to the OAKS Schoolwide for 2007-2008 School Year metric on the bottom left.
2. Click on the Student Icon on the top of the metric to view OAKS Schoolwide Details for the group of students selected.
3. Click on the Student Icon next to a student's name to view their complete Student Detail information.

Option 3: Access from the Navigation Tree
Note: This method is only useful if you know the Student ID number of the particular student for which you are looking.  

1. From the Navigation Tree click the + to expand the tree.
2. Expand the folder VF Developed Content
3. Click on the folder titled Student Profile
4. You can search for a particular student by typing in their Student ID number in the search box on the Student Detail toolbar (see Figure 1).
