Gradebook Calculations - There are three basic ways that grades are calculated in the gradebook: Cumulative, Weighted Percentages and Total Points. Each used a different formula. Weighted Percentages and Total Points calculate a separate grade for each grading period and a combined grade at the end. Cumulative calculates a grade based on all assessments given to date in the class.
