Elementary Report Cards - Basic Instructions
- Access to eSIS - Classroom teachers' classes are listed in the eSIS Teacher Assistant module. Most teachers go straight to Teacher Assistant when logging into eSIS. Many will be familiar with TA from doing attendance.
- The login username for eSIS is usually first name then underscore then last name (jane_smith). CIS will set the initial password the same as the username or if it is a different password you'll get it from them (call -3976). Note: the password you get from CIS must be changed the first time you log in.
- Contact your school's secretary if you do not have access.
- With administrator permission teachers can get access to students in other homerooms. Your school secretary may be able to set this up for you.
- For report cards, the teacher clicks on Mark Entry.

- Browsers to Use - Internet Explorer on PCs. On Macs Firefox, Safari or Camino.
- How eSIS Helps - eSIS automatically enters information about the school, teacher, student name, grade, and attendance. For mixed grade classes, each student's grade will be correct. The Kindergarten card, which is different from the grade 1-5 card will come up for students enrolled as Kindergarteners.
