Data Warehouse
Data Warehouse - The Data Warehouse gathers data into reports that help guide decision making at district, school, class, and individual student levels. The Data Warehouse currently contains data from 4J Reading and Math Assessments, the Oregon Statewide Assessment, and eSIS, our student records system.
If you are having difficulties logging on to the Data Warehouse, please notify Brent Gee at dw@4j.lane.edu. For Mac users, you must use Firefox to access the Data Warehouse.
Data Warehouse Instructions

Data Warehouse Training Tools - Download training Powerpoints, handouts and other tools to help train staff members to use the data in the warehouse.
UO Assessments - This site shows single sets of assessment data (Spring tests for one class for example) in an easy to read, sortable format.
DIBELs - For schools using DIBELs, this site contains box and whisker displays of progress on DIBELs assessments.
Legacy CIM Database - Before eSIS, worksample and state assessment data was stored in a stand-alone database.
UO Data Tutorials - Grant funded website with tutorials on data terminology, calculations and use. Explanations and analogies are clear and not as technical as some others.
