Data Warehouse Individual Student Reports

Individual Student Reports

Step 1: Select Individual Report Data
  1. From your schools home page toolbar select the grade and/or staff member you wish to view.  Reports will automatically be sorted alphabetically by student last name.
  2. Note: Due to long loading times with "All" filter selections, we currently recommend choosing at least a staff selection filter with the ISR, especially with middle and high schools. We are working on a redesign to speed up the report generation with "All" filter selections.
  3. Click Go icon

  6. Go to the File menu at the top of your screen. Select Print. You can print "All" if you want to print all of the PDF documents, or specify which pages (for example From: 18, To: 18) if you want to print a specific Individual Student Report.
Step 3: Export Individual Student Report to Excel
Note: Extensive reformatting will be necessary to allow sorting and filtering that is meaningful. We are working on reports that will export to Excel in a form that will not require you to reformat the data.
  1. Click on the "Export this Report" button   on the far left of the toolbar.
  2. Select "Microsoft Excel 97-2000 - Data Only XLS" from the pulldown menu.
  3. If nothing happens turn off popup blocking (Firefox>Preferences>Content> uncheck Block Popup Windows) and try again.
  4. Open the file in Excel from the Download Manager or find the file named "IndividualStudentReportSecured.xls" and open it.
