The board will hold an executive session immediately following the conclusion of the regular board meeting to “review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive Officer,” pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (i).

All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be discussed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board.

Executive sessions are not open to the public.
