The 4J Nutrition Services can schedule a school BBQ for any school.  We can be flexible with menu ideas, from grilled hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs an other items.  Included are fresh fruits, vegetables and side items. 

Unfortunately, we can only schedule a total of TWO BBQ's on a given day, This is due to restrictions of the number of BBQ's we have, transportation of them and proper "coverage" by our staff.  These BBQ's will be reserved on a first-come, first -served basis.

ALSO: It may be that some schools have a BBQ that has very large numbers attending, like 500 people.  In these cases it will be necessary to have BOTH BBQs reserved for that day, so no other BBQs will be scheduled on that day. See below calendar, these will be designated.

Reminder:  If an event is to be at a park or place other than the particular school, the school must make arrangements to reserve that place with the particular entity that manages the property.

If you order a BBQ complete with food, that includes staff as well.  Sometimes we get requests to book a BBQ only- without food, where the group chooses to do their own food.  We can honor that request.  The cost for this is $150 and includes a staff person to operate the grill.  We must insist on this due to liability reasons.  The grills are massive and do not operate like household equipment.  Again, the $150 fee is waived if you order the appropriate food.
